We do not sell boxes, we hand over working rooms

Buying the equipment is the easy part. What decides whether the project works is everything around it: the site survey, the engineering, the commissioning, and who answers the phone two years later.

We work as the technical supplier for companies, public bodies and integrators. That means we take responsibility for the whole project, not for one line of the purchase order.

Each service can be contracted on its own, but the real value shows when they come together: the same people who specified the room install it and support it.

Technical site survey
On-site measurement: viewing distances, ambient light, acoustics, network, power, structure and access. It is the step most suppliers skip, and the one that later explains every problem.
Engineering and specification
Drawings, signal schemes, load calculations and a closed bill of materials. Where building works or budget constrain the design, we provide alternatives with the technical cost of each.
Tender responses
We build the technical specification and bill of materials from a public or private tender document.
Supply and logistics
We manage procurement, lead times and critical spare stock. That is what decides whether a part arrives in a week or in three months.
Installation
Mounting, structure, cabling and labelling, coordinated with the other trades on site.
Commissioning
Configuration, calibration and documented measurement, with presets saved and testing done with the client in the room.
Software licensing
Licences, provisioning, updates and renewals for the control platforms, handled locally.
Training
We train the people who will operate the system every day and hand over operations documentation, not just the manufacturer's manual.
Support and after-sales
Help desk, remote diagnostics and site visits. Same time zone, same language, and someone who knows your installation.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled inspection, cleaning, recalibration and firmware updates for installations in continuous operation.
Spare parts and service
Modules, power supplies and parts for the lines we integrate, with in-country repair where applicable.
Rental and events
Rental LED, processing and structure for events, with rig and de-rig handled by us.
Integrator support
Pre-sales engineering, demos, channel terms and technical backing for integrators running the project.

SLA

Three service levels

Every project can close with a service contract. What separates one level from the next is not the price: it is what happens the day something fails.

Essential

Ordinary rooms, where an outage can wait until the next day.

Advanced

Daily operation with internal and external users. The room is booked and cannot sit idle.

Critical

Control rooms, monitoring centres and continuous operation. Every hour down costs money.

Availability commitment——With penalty for breach

Times are indicative and are adjusted per project according to location, criticality and installed equipment.

Warranty and availability commitment

A manufacturer warranty covers the part. It does not cover your room being up. That is a different thing, and it is the one you care about.

Extended warranty

Extension of factory coverage on the installed equipment, managed by us. You claim in one place.

Replacement commitment

If a critical part fails, we replace it within the window set by your service level. You are not exposed to the manufacturer's response time.

Backup equipment

At the higher levels, critical equipment has planned backup so the operation does not stop while a repair is under way.

Penalty for breach

At the Critical level the availability commitment is contractual and carries a penalty. If we miss it, we pay for it.

Who we work with

Companies and public bodies

End clients who need a single technical owner for the project, from survey through to support.

Integrators and channel partners

We back them with engineering, demos, commercial terms and after-sales so they can win and sustain their project.

Architecture practices

Early technical specification, so AV is part of the design instead of being improvised at the end of the build.
