We are a services company
LEDALIVE integrates technology for business and stays to sustain it: the project, the commissioning, and the service contract that keeps it running afterwards.
One technical owner
Most AV projects end up fragmented: one supplier sells the display, another the audio, another the control — and when something breaks, nobody owns it. We work the other way around: one specification, one owner, one door for support.
The contract does not end with the install
Handover is the beginning, not the end. Every project can close with a service contract with defined coverage, response and replacement times. It is the only way a room still works three years later.
The difference is the software
C-Control, Dex Manager and NovaStar are the line almost no integrator sustains end to end. We license, train and support locally — which is precisely where most installations fall over.
We work with integrators and with end clients
We back integrators and channel partners with engineering, demos and after-sales support, and we also take direct projects when the client needs a single technical owner.
How we make technical decisions
Specify before quoting
Survey and calculations first, budget second. A number without a survey is guesswork on letterhead.
Product with spare parts
Before specifying a line we check that modules, spares and updates are accessible. If a line cannot be sustained, we say so before quoting, not after installing.
Operation is part of the project
If the room needs a twenty-page manual to switch on, the design is wrong.
Support that answers
Same time zone, same language, and someone who knows the installation on the other end of the line.
Shall we work together?
Whether it is a single project, a tender, or a display network to manage, the first step is always a technical conversation.
